Residential demolition is the process of tearing down or taking out structures within a house in order to prepare for remodeling. A demolition team may take down walls or remove cabinetry or flooring. This is done so a homeowner can rearrange their living space, install new features, or achieve a new layout within their home. Sometimes homeowners choose to live elsewhere during the remodeling process, and sometimes they continue to live in the home during demolition and construction.

When we step into someone’s home, we treat it with respect. That means completely sealing off the demolition area to contain messes and dust. It also means doing a thorough demolition (no half-removed structures) and cleanup so that homeowners won’t have to spend time or pay extra to get ready to build. We also make sure to pull or bend exposed nails or wood screws so achieve our standard of safety.
